For any product manufactured by WetKeys and sold in the United States, we offer a 30-day store credit or exchange policy less any shipping costs incurred by WetKeys plus a 15% restocking fee.

For all other brands of products sold through WetKeys.com, WetKeys must defer to each specific manufacturer's return policy.

IMPORTANT RETURN DISCLAIMER FOR ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES: For products sold or delivered outside of the United States, products may be returned as outlined above; HOWEVER, ALL return shipping and replacement order shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Store credit, exchanges, and refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
