How do I pair my wireless keyboard to my computer?
 

  1. Unplug ALL USB devices from the computer.

  2. Perform a TWO full restarts of the computer & log in.  Allow the computer to finishing booting up for at least 5 minutes.

  3. Open battery cover on keyboard / mouse.

  4. Reinstall batteries. Check that batteries are installed properly.

  5. Plug the wireless dongle into a different USB port (if available).

  6. The computer should auto-recognize the device.  If not, wait at least 5 minutes and repeat steps 1-4 for other USB ports.

  7. Once the computer recognizes the device, Press the �connect� button on the dongle AND the �connect� button next to the battery compartment on the left-side of the keyboard. The blue light on the dongle will flash quickly.

  8. Then press the Menu Command key next to the Alt key on the bottom left side of the keyboard.

  9. The Start Menu should be displayed on the screen.

  10. If the Start Menu does not display, perform steps 6 and 7 until the Start Menu displays appropriately.

  11. Change batteries and perform steps 5 through 9.

My computer doesn't recognize my corded keyboard / mouse (USB).
 

  1. Unplug ALL USB devices from the computer.

  2. Perform two full restarts of the computer and log in.  Allow the computer to complete booting up for at least 5 minutes.

  3. After the second reboot and once the computer is fully rebooted, plug the keyboard or mouse into a USB port.  Plug in only one device at a time.

  4. The computer should auto-recognize the device.  If not, wait at least 5 minutes and repeat steps 1-4 for other USB ports until the device is recognized.

  5. Once the computer recognizes the device, move the mouse or attempt typing on the keyboard in a word processing application or notepad.

  6. If you are still having issues, perform a full computer restart with keyboard / mouse plugged into the computer.

  7. Once the computer is fully rebooted, move the mouse or attempt typing on the keyboard in a word processing application or notepad.

The keys on my new keyboard don't feel right.
 

  1. As with any technical equipment change, a keyboard upgrade requires a few days for you to acclimate to the new equipment.

  2. Give yourself a chance to get used to the keyboard.

  3. After a few days, you will be pleasantly surprised at how quickly you become accustomed to the new keyboard.
