PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
Warranty on Products
WETKEYS provides a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of original retail purchase.
If you discover a defect, WETKEYS will, at its option, repair or replace the product at no charge to you, provided you return it during the warranty period with transportation charges pre-paid to WETKEYS. You must contact WETKEYS at rma@wetkeys.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to returning any product. For each product returned for warranty service, please include your name, shipping address, telephone number, copy of your invoice as proof of purchase and have the package clearly marked with your RMA number.
This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse or improper freight handling. This warranty will not cover items that have been modified without the written permission of WETKEYS or if the serial number has been removed or defaced.

Limitation of Liability
WETKEYS, LLC shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if WETKEYS, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a WETKEYS, LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, WETKEYS, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. WETKEYS, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, WETKEYS, LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by WETKEYS, LLC without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

WETKEYS, LLC may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to WETKEYS, LLC.
Miscellaneous
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Georgia, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of WETKEYS, LLC products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of WETKEYS, LLC products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. WETKEYS, LLC's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. WETKEYS, LLC may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a WETKEYS, LLC or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.
Participation Disclaimer
WETKEYS, LLC does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the site, and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on the site, WETKEYS, LLC is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the site. However, WETKEYS, LLC reserves the right to block or remove communications or materials that it determines to be (a) abusive, defamatory, or obscene, (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, (c) in violation of a copyright, trademark or; other intellectual property right of another or (d) offensive or otherwise unacceptable to WETKEYS, LLC in its sole discretion.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WETKEYS, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
Third-Party Links
In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, WETKEYS, LLC may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with WETKEYS, LLC, WETKEYS, LLC has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of WETKEYS, LLC. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, WETKEYS, LLC seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).

Purchase Orders
The Purchase Order payment option is available for Pre-approved Business Customers.
Payment terms are:
1. Orders under $500 require full payment by credit card prior to order being shipped.
2. Orders over $500 require initial 50% payment before shipment. Final 50% payment due net-15 days after shipment delivery date.
Late charges will be assessed on all payments received more than 15 days after product delivery date.
If your order is shipped in multiple parts, payments are due incrementally net-15 days after each completed delivery and matching the completed percentage of the overall order value.
Missed or late payments will automatically delay remaining shipments until account is brought current.
After your order is placed, your shipment will be processed upon receipt of initial 50% payment

Upon receipt of the initial 50% payment your order will be shipped.
Once a shipment has been delivered, the final payment is due within 15 calendar days.
International Duties and Taxes
International deliveries costs outside the U.S. DO NOT include any applicable duties and taxes. The recipient will be responsible for these charges at the time of delivery.
Shipping Method
WETKEYS reserves the right to modify the shipping method for any order.
WETKEYS Return Policy
For any product manufactured by WETKEYS, we offer a 30-day store credit or exchange policy less any shipping costs incurred by WETKEYS and a 15% restocking fee. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition" with original packaging. Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

without showing signs of wear or damage in any way

within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (after 30 days no returns are allowed)

must not be a special order or a custom order
An RMA number must be obtained in advance by contacting rma@wetkeys.com. Store credit or exchanges are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. WETKEYS currently does not offer refunds.
If an item is received from us damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately at customerservice@wetkeys.com
From time to time, certain items may be noted as "clearance" or have a different return period other than 30 days. If applicable, it will be specifically noted in that item's detailed description.
Again you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be accepted.

Return Policy for products made by Other Manufacturers
WETKEYS is a reseller for products made by other manufacturers. For these items, WETKEYS must defer to that specific manufacturer's return policy. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. For any product purchased through WETKEYS.com, WETKEYS must be contacted first at rma@wetkeys.com. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped please contact WETKEYS Customer Support immediately at customerservice@wetkeys.com.
Price Match Guarantee
With the WETKEYS.com Online Price Match Guarantee you’ll know that you are receiving the best online deals available on a vast array of quality products. If you happen to find a better regular online price out there, and meet the qualifications listed below:
- We will match the online price by refunding via WETKEYS store credit 100% of the product price difference, not including tax.
- Online price matching must be completed by emailing the following information to pricematch@WETKEYS.com.

- The online merchant offering the lower price must be an established site, as determined by WETKEYS.com.
- The base price of the items must be a difference of at least $5.00.
Qualifications:
- Applies only to the product purchase price.
- Applies to claims made within 10 business days of purchase date.
- Limited to three (3) claims in a 90 day period.
Post-purchase conditions:
- Price match must be requested by the person to whom the product was billed.

- Auction sites. Seller must have an established online website.
- Merchants offering special promotions such as sale prices, promotional free shipping, rebate offers, coupon offers, quantity discounts or membership requirements for purchases.
- Our own or our competitors' free offers, limited-quantity items, items purchased prior to May 29, 2009, Outlet Center items, mail-in offers, financing, bundle offers or pricing errors.
- Clearance and open-box items. Nor are special offers or promotions (such as mail-in incentives and gift-with-purchase offers), or services such as installation.

- How do WETKEYS.com coupons and rebates contribute to the WETKEYS.com price?
When calculating a price match, we’ll deduct any available WETKEYS.com coupons, WETKEYS.com Rebates (instant, easy or mail–in) and manufacturer rebates from the WETKEYS price to arrive at a net price. For example, if you buy an item from us for $100 and we offer a $20 instant rebate, the net price is $80. If another company’s price is $80 or more, we will not match the price. Another example: if you buy an item from us for $159 and you have a $30 coupon, the net price is $129. If another company’s price is $125, your price match would be $4.
- Will WETKEYS.com match another company’s price when combined with an instant rebate, mail–in rebate, gift check or gift card,or free or discounted item?
We’ll match another company’s final price after deducting an instant rebate. If another company offers a product that comes with a mail–in rebate, gift check, gift card or an equivalent, we will only match the price you pay at the point of purchase and will not take the mail–in rebate, gift check, gift card or equivalent into account. If another company offers a product that comes with a free or discounted item and WETKEYS does not carry the free or discounted item, we will only match the price you pay at the point of purchase and will not take the free or discounted item into account.
- Are delivery charges included in the price match?
No.
- Are quantities limited on price–matched products?
We may limit the quantities of price–matched items, particularly if the other company does. In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities sold to a customer based on inventory available at time of purchase.
If the competitor's sales price is less than WETKEYS' cost, WETKEYS reserves the right to decline the claim.
This Price Match Guarantee policy is subject to change without notice. Effective as of May 29, 2009.
